Research Interest
I am interested in deep learning & machine learning models for the classification and prediction of biomarkers along with bioinformatics tools development. I am currently working on the flowCat project wherein the aim is to automatically classify flow cytometry data from Leukemia patients into diagnosis labels without the need for manual gating.
